Issues with clips

Options given either permanent screw or clips
I want to use clips, unfortunately not great clips , so couldn’t secure with clips, seat was unstable

Very disappointed

Ordered for my mother as Eid gift, received an email confirmation in the morning next day saying it is ready for collection, travelled 30mins drive, paid for parking and was told when I arrived that my chair is unavailable and will be ready after Eid now. Very disappointed as I was looking to gift my mother something very meaningful as she struggles everyday with her salah. I offered to go all the way to anither branch but was told sometime later that the one they have is damaged.
