We do not accept return and exchange on the chair.

In case the item is faulty, customers are requested to contact us for any further guidance.

The chair comes with a one-year manufacturers warranty. This warranty is applicable to the frame of the chair, it does not apply to the foam, fabric, padding, wheel or any other wear and tear.
